The truth of the matter is that changing a habit consciously just does not work. We try time and time again, punishing ourselves as we rediscover that thought, " I shouldn't, but I am doing this again."

That's normal; however, the time is now to let go of suffering. Embrace the power of hypnosis and release negative patterns.

The reason why it's so difficult to change a habit using the power of will is because habits are created in the subconscious mind.

Together we recreate the beliefs and patterns of subconscious programming into healthier more useful thoughts and habits that will allow us to feel free to enjoy life. 

You might wonder, "Well what's Yoga got to do with hypnosis?" The answer: everything!

The exercises that I will show you from the yogic tradition won't be the gymnastic style postures seen in popular media, but they are the simple body care, breath work, self-care exercises that you do to further ease the process of detoxification and integration.

In addition, this will help rejuvenate, relax, and restore the body. Yoga simply means "Union" of body and mind.

Once union is achieved then the cycle of undesirable habits and thoughts seem to just fall away without effort. Instead of forcing away negative patterns, we simply replace them with positive thoughts and positive actions for a desirable outcome.
